Important to always keep this in a cool dark place.  Shake well before appling. Apply a drop to the end of your finger and rub in well to injured or sore area.  Rubbing is part of the secret so make sure you have rubbed the area well.  Apply as needed to the area. Wash hands after applying and we do not recommend getting into shower after application for the heat will intensify.
